  1. Combine White Wings plain flour, protein powder and baking powder in a bowl, whisk to combine.
  2. Add egg, yoghurt and CSR Date Syrup to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  3. Scoop the pancake batter into a hot pan.
  4. Cook for two to three minutes, then flip.
  5. Continue cooking until brown on both sides.
