- Boil a pot of water
- Pour in dried tapioca pearls and stir lightly so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom
- Cook for 8-10 mins on medium low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking
- Once cooked through to a chewy consistency run lukewarm or cold water over the pearls and drain the water from them
- Stir together milk, tea mixture and CSR Coconut Syrup
- In a serving glass, add ice, tapioca pearls and tea mixture, topping with additional frothy milk and enjoy!
