  1. Boil a pot of water
  2. Pour in dried tapioca pearls and stir lightly so that it doesn’t stick to the bottom
  3. Cook for 8-10 mins on medium low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking
  4. Once cooked through to a chewy consistency run lukewarm or cold water over the pearls and drain the water from them
  5. Stir together milk, tea mixture and CSR Coconut Syrup
  6. In a serving glass, add ice, tapioca pearls and tea mixture, topping with additional frothy milk and enjoy!
