Cheats Raspberry Meringue Boats make the ideal individual sized desserts. They that are just like a mini pavlova with a crunchy meringue, brandy cream and tangy raspberry swirl. The cheats version uses pre-made meringue boats so you can whip them up in under 15 minutes.

Method
- Place CSR White Sugar, 1 cup raspberries and lemon juice in food processor or blender and blend until smooth.
- Whip up the cream with the CSR White Sugar and Kirsch. Fold through the yoghurt.
- To assemble boats, dollop a spoon of the cream mixture then spoon 1-2 tablespoons of raspberry sauce on top. Top with remaining raspberries and figs.
