Blueberry White Choc Banana Bread

A twist on the classic banana bread with delicious seasonal blueberries and white chocolate. All made lighter with Monk Fruit Classic Blend, try this ligther version today!
Ingredients
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 180C or 350F
- Melt butter and mix all wet ingredients until well combined
- Sift through dry ingredients and mix with a spatula until well combined
- Dust blueberries in 1/2 tsp of flour and mix into the batter (reserve some for the top)
- Chop chocolate and mix into the batter (reserve some for the top)
- Add to a lined loaf pan and bake for 45-50 minutes
- Let cool down completely before cutting into 10-12 slices
